1. Mavericks: Although we love being downtown, we can't be there all the time. Mavericks, located on the corner of Caldwell and Court, offers a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of joe. Rather brew your cup at home? Join their Coffee Club, which ships you a pound (or 3 pounds) right to your door! Find them on Facebook for updates and specials.

2. Tazzaria: Recently Taz has gone through a bit of a change, and we're loving the update and new menu. You can still grab a killer coffee and pastry from the place we love, but they're now offering dinner Tuesday through Saturday nights! Find them downtown, and check out their Facebook page for details and specials!

3. Char-cu-ter-ie {Coffee + Food}: This is the newest downtown coffee shop, and it's become a quick fave! Creative and delicious breakfasts, appetizers, and small plates, plus an outstanding pour-over or espresso drink makes this a no-brainer. (Oh and did we mention the McConnell's ice cream?) It also is the only coffee shop open on Sundays. Like them on Facebook!
Hours
Sun - Sat: 7:00am - 4:00pm
4. Top O' The Morn Farm Drive Thru: Visit the Top O' The Morn Drive Thru on Caldwell by Gozen for a 100% fruit smoothie or an Italian espresso drink made with Top O' The Morn Farms milk! You can also grab breakfast: Umpqua natural oatmeal, fresh fruit & yogurt smoothies, or homemade cinnamon rolls on Saturdays. Let's say that again: homemade cinnamon rolls on Saturday. See you there. And check them out on Facebook!

Sat: 7:00am - 5:00pm
5. Cappella Coffee House: We can't forget Exeter's charming town or our favorite place to grab an espresso drink while we're there! Cappella is currently in a remodel and will open September 12. We're looking forward to the new look! Like them on Facebook to stay connected to them!
Hours
Mon - Fri: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
Sat: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
I have not been to any of these places. I will make a note and stop by, as I love coffee! Thank you for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! And it's nice to know that at least one is drive-thru, so if you're short on time, you can still enjoy a lovely coffee drink! Are there any places in Tulare you love, Antoinette?
DeleteOooh, that top of the morn place sounds great! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIt is! Have you tried their milk yet? Their chocolate milk and rootbeer milk is pretty much dessert :)
DeleteWhat is rootbeer milk?
